CDA works throughout the rural regions of Georgia where the e-literacy remains quite low.
In context of the interime solution, we balance this situation with two levers : mobile communication networks where every customer regardless his/her e-literacy is able to communicate offline via sms or call and Community Communication Hubs that are the local coordinating communication centers of mobile communication networks and have stable access to internet.
In this way, our main technical communication tools are the combined online/offline communication platforms that allow to get the feedback from grassroots level, process it and transfer to countrywide communication space, decision makers, donors.
Please consult the Home page, Women empowerment and Civic Networking pages for following this approach in action.
Please feel free to send us your questions, we will be happy to share our experience with you and answer any question related to our work!
